Service Tracking Systems BellDesk and Valet Systems in Action at the New Choctaw Casino in Durant, OK

The Choctaw Casino Resort is located off HWY 75 in Durant, Oklahoma. The casino offers guests 110,000 square feet of gaming space which houses about 3,000 slot machines, 30 poker tables and 38 table games. If it’s not gaming guests are after, the 204,000 square feet of hospitality space is complemented with 330 hotel rooms, pools, fitness center and spa.

The CVPS system at Choctaw Casino includes an interface to the Aristocrat casino management system. VIP guests receive priority valet service by swiping their player club card at the self-serve valet request kiosk. Valet request kiosks also allow departing guests to initiate their vehicle request from the comfort of the lobby, enhancing customer service and convenience while decreasing labor needs.

The Belldesk System installed at the Choctaw Casino hotel allows for a smooth, fair and accountable bell desk operation. The system automatically assigns fronts fairly and without bias. VIP bellman requests that need immediate handling are moved to the top of the list for rapid service. Fronts are grouped together based on intelligent logic, and the system also accommodates minor services such as deliveries and laundry. Complete records of each transaction are maintained in the history database, and easily accessible by bell captains and management.
